4 Week Beginner Group Guitar Class - Starting in May 30, 2013

Sometimes taking private lessons can be intimidating or expensive. I offer group classes as a fun introduction to the guitar. In fact, I got my start on the guitar in a group class when I was 16, so I think they are great for those interested in learning. All you need for the class is a guitar, a tuner, a few guitar picks and a set of strings. I recommend borrowing a guitar if you don't have one, and then purchasing one at a later date if you do well in the class. This class is open to ages 7-16.

My 4 week course will introduce you to the basics of guitar, chording, strumming and playing songs. The next 4-week course will be starting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm at the Dippin' Dave's Ice Cream Shoppe in Forney. I offer this class on a first come first serve basis and each class has a capacity of 10. The total cost of the class is $100 ($20 per class, $20 for the manual) and is due the first day of class.
